Football- Tackle and Flag

Over the years, St. Joseph has fielded many JV and Varsity football teams.  Across the Diocese, players from neighboring schools come together to form teams.  Last year, the St. Mark Lions (with four St. Joseph players) won the league championship game!
 
In 2019, DPL introduced JV Co-ed flag football.
 
Thanks to the fundraising efforts of the PTO and past auctions, St. Joseph boasts a beautiful football field and can host DPL football games throughout the Fall season.  Football games are played on Sunday afternoons.
