Re-enrollment for Current Students
The re-enrollment period for current SJCS students going into Kindergarten - 8th grade in 2024-2025 will open on February 1, 2024, and run through February 29, 2024.
To complete our online re-enrollment process, you will need to log into the FACTS Family Portal using your normal login.
To access FACTS Family Portal:
*Go to FACTS Management www.factsmgt.com
*Select Login at the top of the page and FACTS Family Portal from the drop-down menu.
*Enter District Code: SJCS-TX
*Type in your username and password. If you have forgotten your username or password, please click on the link provided.
*After logging in, click on the Apply/Enroll button in the left-side menu.
*Click on Enrollment/Re-enrollment in the drop-down menu.
Our Online Enrollment system will open with a link to the enrollment packet for your child. Your information will be saved if you need to stop and come back later. The Enrollment System will also include a link to FACTS, our tuition management company. Each returning family is required to enter all financial information for the new school year. After completing the FACTS information, you will be directed back to the Family Portal to complete the enrollment process. Please note that the re-enrollment will not be complete until the FACTS information is entered, and the enrollment fee is submitted through FACTS SIS.
You can pay for your tuition using a credit or debit card. You will incur a 2.95% fee for using your credit or debit card and it will appear as a separate entry on your statement. Any tuition option can still be paid through your bank account. This form of payment will not incur a service fee.
Enrollment packets and registration fees for returning families are due by February 29, 2024.
Acceptance of new students will begin on March 1, 2024. It is very important that parents re-enroll their SJCS students prior to the deadline in order to save their spot in their grade. The registration fee will increase for returning families by $50 per student on March 1, 2024.
The $250 Student Activity Fee will be billed through FACTS and will be due on May 15, 2024.
The Activity fee will increase by $25 per student on May 16, 2024.
Tuition for the 2024-25 school year is due July 1, 2024.
